Joseph Carnevale is a Partner at Grassi and brings over 15 years of public accounting experience to the firm. He provides tax and accounting services for clients in various industries, with a specialization in closely held and family-owned businesses in real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.
Prior to the firm merging with Grassi, Joseph was a Director at Gramkow, Carnevale, Seifert & Co., LLC (GCS) for 10 years. He began his career at one of the largest accounting firms in the country in 2008 before joining GCS.
Joseph holds a CPA license in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). At age 28, Joseph was recognized as one of the top “30 under 30” CPAs in the state of New Jersey through the NJCPA. In 2023, he was recognized by NJBiz as an emerging leader in the state under their “People to Watch in Finance”.
Joseph earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He is also significantly involved in his community, including holding a position of Treasurer in the Oradell Chamber of Commerce.
