Meet Aspasia Tavantzis
Tell us about yourself and what you like most about what you do.
I am a Healthcare Consulting Associate with Grassi Healthcare Advisors (GHA). Prior to working for GHA, I worked as a Consulting Associate with Grassi. What I like most about what I do is that I am constantly learning new things, specifically healthcare-related. Due to the fact that I have only been with GHA for a few months after switching departments, the team is always willing to teach me new things, and our projects have been extremely interesting. With everything going on in today’s healthcare environment, our job is never-ending, and there is always someone that needs help. It is nice to know we are making a difference and helping healthcare workers, especially while they are on the front lines of the pandemic.
What gets you most excited about coming to work?
What makes me most excited to come to work is the people I work with, both on my Grassi team and our clients. I am always meeting new people.
What makes you want to stay at Grassi?
The endless opportunities and people I know I will continue to come across and learn from at this firm!
What are some of your duties and responsibilities?
I assist GHA’s CEO with his daily responsibilities. I run and create data analyses, join client calls and team meetings, organize files, and communicate with our clients to ensure the best service possible. I also assist the valuation team and forensic consulting team when needed. My responsibilities vary depending on the client or project we are working on at the time. That is another reason I enjoy my job. It is not repetitive and keeps me on my toes!
