2021 is shaping up to be another challenging and unpredictable year for the Construction industry. To help contractors measure their preparedness for what’s ahead, Grassi is launching an essential Construction Industry Survey in collaboration with the Subcontractors Trade Association, Long Island Contractors Association, New York Building Congress and Association of Wall-Ceiling and Carpentry Industries.
The survey will gather key data on contractors’ outlooks and preparedness for the most significant issues impacting the construction sector this year. Survey questions were developed by an advisory panel composed of members of Grassi’s construction practice, construction executives and other industry leaders.
Findings will be compiled in a comprehensive survey report that will help contractors benchmark their businesses, identify where they fall short of the competition and find opportunities to improve operational and financial performance.

This study is being conducted by an independent research firm. All individual responses are confidential, and results will be tabulated and reported in the aggregate.
