Bruce C. Levine, CPA, MST Partner Emeritus

Bruce C. Levine, CPA, MST is a Partner Emeritus at Grassi and former leader of the firm’s Needham, MA office. He specializes in financial management, strategic business planning and tax planning for closely held businesses, professional service providers and high-net-worth individuals.

With more than 40 years of experience in public accounting, Bruce has advised clients in a wide range of business sectors, with a special focus on the healthcare and real estate industries. He advises medical providers and physician groups in all aspects of practice management, regulatory compliance and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience helping real estate professionals complete complex structuring transactions.

Bruce has also worked alongside attorneys, providing business valuations, litigation support, matrimonial consulting and M&A due diligence services.

Prior to joining Grassi, Bruce was at the helm of two public accounting firms in the Boston area, most recently as President of Levine, Caufield, Martin & Goldberg PC, which merged into Grassi in 2020. He continues to oversee the operations, staff and growth strategies of Grassi’s Needham, MA office.

Bruce is an active member and past president of the National CPA Healthcare Advisory Association (HCAA). He is the current president of INPACT, a global accounting association, and serves on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations.

A certified public accountant licensed in Massachusetts, Bruce is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs (MSCPA). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Accounting Sciences from Northeastern University, as well as a Master’s Degree and Advanced Certificate in Taxation from Bentley College.
